GDE Carried Out Regular HVAC Discipline Technical Exchange Activities Edit Date：2012/12/17

The GDE staffs are required to strictly comply with all kinds of regulations regarding quality management system documents, and to regularize their own quality behavior so as to implement the concept of advanced technology and good quality in GDE. The staffs are also encouraged to actively participate in professional training, for GDE would like the staffs to focus on learning more professional knowledge and accumulating technology so that GDE can closely combine the personnel training with industry needs.

Under such circumstances, GDE carried out a series of HVAC discipline technical exchange activities in 2012, including technical exchanges of VRV technology, evaporative condensing technology and frozen produce technology. Besides, there were trainings for new staffs. After all this series of HVAC discipline technical exchange activities, HVAC discipline staffs enthusiastically learned professional knowledge and technology from each other, improved their abilities to work and built their confidence, which played a rather important role in strengthening technical quality management and promoting the company's technology development.
