2015 Specialty Knowledge Competition Ended Edit Date：2015/12/11

       To improve staff’s working ability, exam their technical skills and encourage them to refine their technical level, from 11th to 13th Nov, 2015 a specialty knowledge competition was held with great support of company leader and staff.
       The competition covered various specialties such as, process, architecture, structure, water service, electric, heat & ventilation, auto-control and thermo power. All staff except director engineer, professor senior engineer and absent staff, 257 persons in total joined this competition. The examination paper is close type including basic knowledge, regular code and company design & management regulation. Eventually, 53 persons, out of 8 specialties, were awarded in this competition via paper review by expert group.
       The competition will gradually become a regular company activity and will be taken account into staff annual assessment, promotion, career title evaluation. It was a platform for designers to learn more and improve their technical skill as preparation for external competition and company development.
