2017 GDE Annual Working Conference was Held Edit Date：2017/01/10

       From 5th to 6th Jan, 2017, 2017 GDE Annual Working Conference was held with company leaders and personnel in charge of each departments participating in. In the meeting working result was concluded; internal management and challenge were analyzed; and working tasks in 2017 were arranged to various departments.
       General Manager Zhang Qing reported the business target in 2017 according to operation in 2016 of each engineering design department and deeply analyzed the advantages and shortages of each design department in process of development. He encouraged each department to keep feet on the ground for stable development and signed Performance Evaluation Agreement with each department regarding operation performance in 2017.
       Each deputy general manager concluded the operation in 2016 and presented the New Year expectation for his in charge design department.
       Leaders of each department made a report about how to manage staff, team and project and how to be a minded leader in the meeting.
       Eventually Chairman Chen made a speech, mentioning the change of personnel structure; that how to choose a staff for a job; the direction for innovation mind for productive departments; that how to be industry builder using company platform; and that administrator should be listener and learner during business transformation.
