GDE Green Building Assisted Green Strategy – Technical Building of GETRAG (Jiangxi) Transmission Co., Ltd Was Awarded Green Building 3-star Certificate Edit Date：2019/06/18

       Recently, Technical Building Project of GETRAG (Jiangxi) Transmission Co., Ltd, which was designed by GDE, had been awarded Green Building 3-star Certificate.
       GETRAG (Jiangxi) Transmission Co., Ltd is an enterprise supplying excellent transmission product and service, joint-founded by Germany GETRAG Group and Jiangling Motors Group (JMCG).
       The new technical building locates in the factory area of GETRAG (Jiangxi) Transmission Co., Ltd in Baishui Hu Economic and Technological Development Zone. It functions as an office and training center in China of GETRAG Transmission and represents company image and culture.

       The building occupies 5739.7 m2 land with floorage area 25427.3 m2.Its plan is like an I-shape. The building has 3 parts: northern, southern and central building with 4 floors and about 22m height (5m for each floor).

       During the design stage of the building, according to the requirements of the Client and based on National 3-star Green Building standard, our project team had analyzed and investigated the difficulties and details which may be confronted and integrated several design techniques for environment friendship. Eventually, the green proposal was approved by the Client and national authority. This fully reflected our deep technical reserve and excellent service in aspect of green building design.
       In the future, GDE will maintain the original intention and forge head to provide green, energy-saving and full-life engineering to clients based on the integration of environment friendship, technology and engineering, and to assist national green strategy in green industrial engineering area.
