Company Held 2021 Annual Work Conference and Symposium on the Construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and 2020 Annual Commendation Edit Date:2020/01/29

       From 28th ~ 29th Jan, the company held 2021 Annual Work Conference and Symposium on the Construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and 2020 Annual Commendation. Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and President of Haisum Group, and Lin Lin, CFO and Board Secretary of Haisum Group and Chairman of GDE made instruction in the meeting. Luo Jun, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of GDE and his leader team member, heads of various departments, deputy chief engineers of various discipline and other middle-class staff participated in the meeting.

       Qin Haiou, chairman and General manager of The Greater Bay Area Technology Innovation Service Center, was invited to give a seminar on topic: Opportunities and Innovation Practices in the Greater Bay Area. The leading cadres of Haisum Xi’an Company were also invited to attend the meeting.

       Luo Jun made a production and operation report first, including the production and operation situation of the company in 2020, the completion of the four major businesses and the operation situation of each engineering department. While affirming the achievements, he analyzed and summarized the deficiencies. Mr. Luo pointed out that during the “14th Five-year plan”, the company would start a new journey of high-quality development and we should strengthen the accumulation of technology, strive to become the industry leader, improve the market control ability, seize market opportunities; strengthen reform and innovation, find gaps, patch up weaknesses, continue to improve, enhance management ability, promote the company to improve quality and efficiency, transformation and upgrading. Combining with the company’s current development, Mr. Luo also made arrangement for the key work for “fourteenth five-year plan”.

       Subsequently, heads of each production and functional department respectively made speech in aspect of the company’s 14th five-year plan, he direction of the department’s development in the next five years, supporting, decomposing, quantifying and measures taking for the plan as well as department transformation and innovation, the second growth of development, new areas, production efficiency, design product quality, digitalization and others. Deputy chief engineers of disciplines gave speeches on the development status of each industry, including new technologies, processes and potential opportunities.

       During the meeting, Lin Lin , put forward requirements for GDE’s work in 2021 on the basis of conveying the requirements of the working meetings of mother company. She presented the following 9 aspects: First, implement epidemic prevention and control and concentrate on operation; Second, strengthen guidance of Party building and improve political standing; Third, improve formulation of planning and deepen reform and development; Fourth, continue intensive farming and actively explore and innovate; Fifth, break through bottleneck of the industry and generate momentum for development; Sixth, pay attention to talent training and build echelon; Seventh, strengthen full cost accounting of the project and deepen internal control and supervision; Eighth, practice frugality and set an example for others; Ninth, explore management innovation and work hard in brand building. In the end, Chairman Lin, based on cases of overseas projects, led us to analyze and summarize the risks from overseas project operation, as well as their reasons and lessons.

       At the end of the meeting, Chen Rongrong, President of Haisum Group, made an important speech. He required that :(1) we should be good at identifying problems from the past work and summing up experience, so as to better clarify the starting point and focus of our future work, to keep thinking flexible, innovate and reform, and maintain the continuous development of the company; (2) we should follow changes of market and service scene, pay attention to the needs of customers all the time, improve efficiency of production, design and management, reduce production costs, improve quality of design, enhance core competitiveness and discourse power of industry, and maintain sustainable and profitable development of the company; (3) our leading cadres should strict discipline themselves, be thoughtful and goal-oriented, good at deep learning and summary, good at stimulating employees’potential, achieving employees and maintaining the sustainable and healthy development of the company;(4) we should improve system construction, strengthen internal management, comply with rules, apply strict talent selection and appointment mechanism, achieve flexible cadres behavior and maintain the company’s sustainable and steady development. Finally, from the value embodiment and realization path of Haisum Intelligent Factory, Mr. Chen led us to figure out pivot of self-working in aspect of five dimensions such as production efficiency improvement, production cost reduction, product quality improvement, customer satisfaction improvement and core value creation.

       After the meeting, the company held 2020 Annual Commendation, to reward people and collectives with Advanced Collective of Sinolight Group and Haisum Group, Advanced Production Staff, Outstanding Designer, Excellent Project Manager etc. in 2020.
