Another Award! GDE’s Changsha Project Won the First Prize of the Third BIM Information Technology and Application Innovation Competition Edit Date：2021/11/30

       Recently, the company’s project – “Industrial BIM forward design application in Changsha City Large Domestic Waste to Energy Project” with the advantages of BIM forward design in full disciplines and full phases, won the First Prize of 2021 IT Application Skills Contest in Building Information Modelling held by China Information Association.

       The project is located in Qiaoyi Town, Wangcheng District, Changsha City, with land area of about 130,000 m2 and total construction area of 80,000 m2. On the basis of the domestic waste incineration and integrated municipal sludge disposal, it can achieve harmless treatment against domestic waste and municipal sludge. Its design capacity is the largest in Asia. GDE’s engineering team has overcome many design difficulties one by one such as extremely long waste pit, wide span roof, and extremely long integral structure.
