       Recently, the Haikou City Food Waste and Excrement Harmless Treatment Expansion Project designed by GDE was officially put into operation, which means that the food waste of Haikou city has its new residence, and a new pattern of “classification, classification transportation and classification treatment” has been opened.

       The handle capacity of the project is 400 tons/day of catering waste, 200 tons/day of food waste and 400 tons/day of excrement. The project introduces mature and advanced waste recycling technology from Germany, and adopts the core process of waste “pretreatment + anaerobic fermentation + comprehensive utilization of biogas”. Catering waste, food waste and excrement are subjected to pretreatment processes such as sorting, impurity removalling and crushing, and the resulting slurry is subjected to mixed anaerobic fermentation in the subsequent process section, and then the biogas produced by fermentation is purified to generate electricity. The waste residue generated during the treatment process is transported to the domestic waste incineration plant for incineration treatment, and the sewage is sent to the leachate treatment station for advanced treatment, so as to realize the harmless and resourceful utilization of the waste.

       GDE always practice the lean management concept of “advanced technology, excellent quality, pollution prevention, safety and health”. The BIM 3D platform is used to efficiently complete the project design, which greatly shortens the installation cycle of equipment and pipelines, and demonstrates GDE’s strength in digital reform.
