Good News Keeps Coming丨Zhongshan Pearl River Beer Co., Ltd.'s Capacity Expansion and Upgrade Project Officially Put into Production Edit Date：2026/01/14

       Recently, the Capacity Expansion and Upgrade Project of Zhongshan Pearl River Beer Co., Ltd., designed by GDE, was officially put into production. As a key project to implement the work deployment of Guangdong Province of "taking the real economy as the foundation and adhering to manufacturing as the mainstay" and the strategic requirement of Zhongshan City of "unswervingly building a high-quality brand of Zhongshan Manufacturing", the project has positive significance for boosting the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

       The project is located in the Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, with a total construction area of approximately 85,000 square meters. Its construction content includes adding 300,000 tons of brewing capacity, a new canned beer production line with a capacity of 72,000 cans per hour, and carrying out technological transformation and upgrading of the existing bottled production lines, achieving multiple improvements in production scale, intelligent manufacturing level, and green and low-carbon development.

       For the first time, the project adopts aseptic fully enclosed capping technology, builds an automated three-dimensional warehouse based on "digital twin" technology, introduces an internationally advanced water-heat balance system, and applies super capacitor energy-saving technology to reduce comprehensive energy consumption by 20%. Through measures such as cascaded utilization of resources, optimization of production processes, and dual control management of energy and material consumption, it has successfully built an intensive, efficient, clean and low-carbon green production model.
