On May 7th, China Haisum and Luzhou Laojiao Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Luzhou Laojiao Group”) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Luzhou. During the event, China Haisum Guangzhou Company signed an EPC project contract for the construction of the Huguo Weiye Vinegar Base with Luzhou Laojiao Group. As another important achievement following the cooperation on the AB Zone Project of the Hejiang Food Brewing R&D Base, this signing marks a further deepening of the partnership and a new step forward in industrial collaborative development.
Liao Jun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and President of Luzhou Laojiao Group, warmly received the delegation from China Haisum. Attending the signing ceremony were Huang Yulin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Luzhou Laojiao Group; Li Jinsong, Chief Engineer; Pan Lina, Member of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of Sichuan Yuanjingda Food Co., Ltd.; Zhao Guo’ang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinolight, and Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Haisum; Sun Danlin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of China Haisum; Zhang Zhi, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Haisum; Li Zhenzhou, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of China Haisum Guangzhou Company; Zhang Chengfeng, Executive Deputy General Manager; and Liu Zuoxu, Deputy General Manager, among other leaders.
At the exchange meeting, Pan Lina detailed the current development status and future plans of Luzhou Laojiao Group and its food business sector. Zhang Zhi reviewed the past cooperation achievements between the two sides in multiple projects under Sinolight and China Haisum, and introduced intelligent manufacturing solutions.
Witnessed by all attendees, Li Jinsong and Zhang Zhi signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.
Pan Lina and Li Zhenzhou signed the EPC construction project contract for the Huguo Weiye Vinegar Base. Relying on China Haisum Guangzhou Company’s technical accumulation in the food engineering field, this project will build a modern and intelligent vinegar production base to further consolidate Luzhou Laojiao’s industrial layout in the condiment sector.
In his discussion, Zhao Guo’ang stated that Luzhou Laojiao Group has a rich history, profound culture, and ambitious goals. He pointed out that the research institutes under Sinolight support the product development process, while China Haisum supports the engineering process, jointly promoting light industry enterprises toward industrialization. Luzhou Laojiao Group’s commitment to building a full industrial chain layout is highly compatible with the strategies of Sinolight and China Haisum. It is hoped that both sides will continue to deepen cooperation in multiple fields, jointly promote industrial development, and leverage “state-owned enterprise responsibility + national brand” to help Chinese cuisine go global.
Huang Yulin shared the achievements of the enterprise’s party building in empowering high-quality development and noted that this signing not only marks a higher-level cooperation between Luzhou Laojiao Group and China Haisum but also a new starting point for promoting the high-quality development of the food industry. It is expected that both sides will carry out all-round cooperation in intelligent manufacturing, green low-carbon development, market expansion, and other fields, explore new models for industrial transformation and upgrading, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the industry.
Before the signing ceremony, both sides jointly visited Luzhou Laojiao’s national treasure cellars, Qiankun Wine Castle, intelligent packaging "lighthouse factory," party-mass service center, and conducted a condolence visit and inspection at the construction site of the AB Zone Project of the Hejiang Food Brewing R&D Base.
The AB Zone Project of the Hejiang Food Brewing R&D Base serves as an innovative R&D center, corporate image showcase, talent cultivation base, and national intangible cultural heritage application carrier for the sauce products of Luzhou Jiangyuanping Food Co., Ltd. The project mainly involves the construction of an industrial tourism digital service center, a solid-state brewing digital museum, expansion of the sauce drying area, and improvement of cultural display areas and sauce consumption scene experience areas.

The EPC construction project for the Huguo Weiye Vinegar Base includes the first-phase construction of a traditional brewing workshop, comprehensive production workshop, and corridor, as well as the reconstruction and expansion of the old site’s relocation housing and wastewater treatment station, with the second phase focusing on building a drying area.
