Lean Construction | The Main Structure of the Comprehensive Production Workshop of Huguo Flavor Industry Mature Vinegar Base I Project Undertaken by GDE Capped 16 Days Ahead of ScheduleEdit Date：2025.12.16

       On November 14th, under the warm winter sun in Southern Sichuan, with the smooth completion of the pouring of the last bucket of concrete, the main structure of the comprehensive production workshop — the core single building of Huguo Flavor Industry Mature Vinegar Base I Project — was successfully capped. With the coordinated support and efficient cooperation of the government, the owner unit and all participating parties, this milestone was achieved 16 days ahead of the date required by the owner. Leaders including Zhang Chengfeng, General Manager of GDE, and Liu Zuoxu, Deputy General Manager, together with the senior leaders of the owner, jointly witnessed this important milestone moment.

       Affiliated to Luzhou Laojiao Group, the project is a provincial key construction project with a total construction area of 26,640.84 square meters. It includes multiple building monomers such as a sun-curing yard, a comprehensive production workshop, a comprehensive building, an ancient-style brewing workshop and a sewage treatment station, and is equipped with supporting facilities such as material transportation and pipeline corridors, a fire-fighting pool and a pump room. Adhering to the core philosophy of ”Digital Intelligence Empowers Traditional Brewing”, the project promotes the in-depth integration of intelligent technology and traditional brewing processes by building an intelligent brewing platform. Upon completion, the project will realize the intelligent production of 8,400 tons of mature vinegar per year.

       Since breaking ground in May 2025, the project team has faced numerous challenges such as continuous rainy seasons, complex geological conditions and high temperatures with extreme heat. Adhering to the operational guidelines of ”Safety First, Quality-Oriented, Schedule Priority”, the team finally achieved the capping of the main structure 16 days ahead of schedule through deploying capable personnel, scientifically coordinating construction and implementing refined management, making it a benchmark project of GDE in the food brewing field. In the follow-up, GDE will focus on key links such as decoration and equipment installation, strictly adhere to the established time nodes and quality standards, fully promote the project construction, strive to build a high-quality intelligent brewing factory, and inject new momentum into the modernization and upgrading of the traditional brewing industry.
