 Supporting Project of Shangxia Yong Shelter Anchorage (Phase II Project of Resettlement Housing Construction in Panyu National-level Coastal Fishery Port Economic Zone) Completes Main Structure Capping

"p1"> Recently, the main structure of the Supporting Project of Shangxia Yong Shelter Anchorage (Phase II Project of Resettlement Housing Construction in Panyu National-level Coastal Fishery Port Economic Zone), for which GDE provides full-process consulting services, was successfully capped. Relevant leaders from Shilou Town Government of Panyu District, Panyu District Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, all participating units, as well as Zhu Cheng, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Deputy General Manager of GDE, attended the capping ceremony.

       As a key livelihood project in Panyu District, the project covers a total land area of 10,754.91 square meters and a total construction area of 25,023.82 square meters. Upon completion, it will effectively address the resettlement needs of some fishing villages in the Shangxia Yong area, support the development of differentiated leisure fisheries and new-type fishing villages, and effectively promote the industrial transformation, reemployment and income increase of local fishermen. The successful capping of the main structure not only marks a critical phased achievement of the project but also demonstrates GDE’s professional management capabilities and effective project performance in the field of full-process engineering consulting.

 Installation Project of IWTF Industrial Waste Treatment Plant in Sohar Free Zone, Oman Commences Construction

       Recently, the installation project of the IWTF Industrial Waste Treatment Plant in Sohar Free Zone, Oman officially commenced construction. As a key environmental governance project under Oman’s ”Vision 2040”, the project is planned and implemented in accordance with the FIDIC Silver Book contract conditions. It includes 30,000 tons/year of solid hazardous waste incineration equipment, 10,000 tons/year of liquid hazardous waste stabilization equipment, and 6,000 tons/year of oil pretreatment equipment. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual comprehensive hazardous waste treatment capacity of 46,000 tons, reduce carbon emissions by over 10,000 tons per year, and effectively fill the market gap in local high-end environmental protection facilities.This project represents a re-cooperation between GDE and the partner following their collaboration on the engineering design, project management and steel structure sales of Phase II Project of Sohar Free Zone Industrial Waste Treatment Plant. It fully demonstrates GDE’s excellent international project service capabilities and continues to inject Chinese strength into the sustainable development of countries co-building the ”Belt and Road” Initiative.
