Hard core Innovation Bears New Fruits | GDE Secures Five New National Authorized Patents
Recently, GDE has achieved fresh progress in scientific and technological innovation. Five independently developed technical achievements have been granted patent authorization by the National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), including one invention patent and four utility model patents. These patents cover multiple core tracks such as lithium extraction from salt lakes, lithium ion battery recycling, fly ash resource utilization, energy conservation & environmental protection, and food equipment. They fully demonstrate GDE’s solid technical research capabilities and profound accumulation of independent innovation.
Dual track Breakthroughs in Lithium ion Battery Sector to Address Common Industry Bottlenecks
For lithium extraction from salt lakes, the authorized invention patent Method for Separating Magnesium and Lithium in Salt lake Brine and Its Application targets the common industry challenge of low cost separation of lithium resources from high magnesium brine. The technology pioneers a three dimensional collaborative control window of “pH pCO₂ T”, enabling selective precipitation of magnesium elements in high ionic strength brine. The mass ratio of Mg/Li in magnesium precipitated filtrate is stably kept below 1.0×10⁻². Supported by a closed loop NH₃/CO₂ circulation process, the lithium recovery rate exceeds 90%. Boasting prominent green environmental merits and strong scenario adaptability, this technology is applicable to chloride type, sulfate type and mixed type high magnesium brines.
In the field of lithium ion battery resource recycling, the utility model patent Equipment for Recovering Lithium Carbonate from Spent Ternary Lithium ion Batteries establishes a complete process chain for efficient recovery of lithium resources from spent batteries. Centered on tube furnace reductive roasting, the equipment integrates sequential procedures including water leaching and carbonization, acid adjustment, multi stage suction filtration, resin impurity removal, and lithium precipitation via evaporation. It can efficiently remove impurity ions and improve the purity of lithium carbonate products. Featuring compact overall layout and high process synergy, the equipment provides equipment support for the circular economy development of the lithium ion battery industry.
Upgraded Energy saving & Environmental protection Technologies Empower Green and Low carbon Production
In the solid waste disposal sector, the utility model patent Brown gas combustion based Fly ash Treatment System and Combustion Furnace for Waste to energy Incineration realizes low carbon and harmless disposal of fly ash and in depth degradation of pollutants. The system generates Brown’s gas with a hydrogen oxygen ratio of 2:1 through water electrolysis. It leverages the 800 1200 ℃ high temperature condition produced by Brown gas combustion to efficiently decompose dioxins and heavy metals. The furnace body integrates preheating, combustion and cooling units, and is equipped with a multi stage tail gas purification process. Requiring no auxiliary fuel, it features short treatment cycles and low secondary pollution risks.
In the energy efficient production field, the utility model patent Fuel alcohol Preparation System Combining MVR and Three column Differential pressure Distillation achieves cascade utilization of thermal energy and substantial energy consumption reduction. The system couples MVR compression technology with three column differential pressure distillation under negative pressure, atmospheric pressure and pressurized conditions. Steam waste heat supplies heat for reboilers of each column. Upon implementation, the steam consumption per ton of product can drop to 0.35t/t, and circulating water consumption to 60 t/t. It delivers remarkable energy saving effects, streamlines equipment configuration, and cuts capital investment and production costs.
Intelligent Iteration of Food Equipment Drives Industrial Quality and Efficiency Improvement
The utility model patent Automatic Salting Device for Salted Duck Eggs facilitates the upgrade of traditional salting processes toward automatic and closed loop production. Integrated with AGV transportation, lifting mechanisms, counterweight frames and a salt water circulation system, the device enables automatic material loading and unloading, greatly boosting production efficiency and lowering labor costs. Salting brine can be recycled after filtration and nanofiltration membrane treatment. Equipped with temperature control, on line cleaning and environmental monitoring units, it ensures stable and hygienic production and reduces waste liquid discharge.
In recent years, GDE has consistently adhered to the innovation driven development strategy. Focusing on industry pain points, key technical challenges and market demands, GDE has built a positive innovation cycle of “market incubated research topics and research topic empowered projects”. This batch of patent authorizations further enriches GDE’s technical reserves and consolidates its core competitive advantages. Going forward, GDE will continue to improve its independent innovation system, accelerate the industrialization and transformation of patent achievements, empower industrial upgrading through scientific and technological innovation, and support the green, low carbon, intelligent and high efficiency development of relevant industries.
